Huckleberry Trail: thanks and tracks

Postby sjtrailrider » Tue Apr 14, 2009 6:08 am

Much thanks to the *nueBlue Trail Crew* :D ; Mark and Tracy Aviles, Joe Barolin, John Berg, Mike Newman, Seann Tohey, C’Dale Rob and the manic mower monkey for the 100 volunteer hours, brushing and marking Wharton State Forest’s Huckleberry Trail (aka: nueBlue trail).

The 3.5 apprx mile Huckleberry Trail gives riders the option of an 8+ mile single track loop from the Batsto parking lot. (Or provides the option of stretching out the Penn Branch Trail to over 25 miles. :D )

A GoogleEarth GPS tracks snapshot of the WSF MTB Trails can be seen here.

The orange trail scares me.... can I get a helicopter on reserve to pick me up when I don't make around the whole loop?

Massive trail system there guys! WELL DONE.
What would we do without trails? Let's not find out. http://www.IMBA.com
