Jungle Habitat Thank You (Mar 2009)

Postby mergs » Wed Mar 18, 2009 10:10 am

On behalf of JORBA, RVCC and Team Town Cycle, I want to thank the following volunteers that came out for trail work on 8 March 2009:

Tim Egan
Rich Vandenbos
Adam Vandenbos
BJ Kisch
Steve Lynn
Dillon "Fred" Van Wart
Dave Van Wart
Kevin Bickford
Corey Albright
Jeff Mergler
John Coogan
Carolyn Moran
Matt Kuchavik
Nancy Keoper

These 15 volunteers all put in 3 hours of their time this Sunday, totaling 45 hours of trail work. The "tiger pen" trail (soon to be blazed orange) is now fairly complete (it needs a few touches here and there) but is open for use.

Thanks for everyone's fine work!
What would we do without trails? Let's not find out. http://www.IMBA.com

sweet! someone noticed the new trail markers!! :)

let us know how the conditions were. the ground still looked moist the other night when i was up there, but I think we're in for some drying as long as we don't get too much precip today.
